Lead Bathroom Fitter
An experienced fitter who can deliver a complete bathroom from strip-out to final finish, with tiling and wet rooms as core skills.

The role
Migss Interiors is a luxury bathroom and interior renovation company based in East London and Essex. We are looking for an experienced bathroom fitter who can deliver a complete bathroom from start to finish, to a high standard.
You will fit complete residential bathrooms from strip-out to final finish, on jobs we allocate in Chigwell and the surrounding areas. Tiling is the core skill, and you must be comfortable working on wet rooms. Gas and electrical work are not part of the role.
What you will do
- Strip out and prepare bathrooms for installation
- Carry out the bathroom plumbing, including connecting supplies, waste and fixtures
- Install sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings
- Tile floors and walls to a high finish, including wet rooms
- Waterproof and prepare surfaces correctly
- Complete each job cleanly, to a high standard and on time
- Keep the work area tidy and safe throughout
What we need
- Proven experience fitting complete bathrooms end to end (10 years preferred)
- Strong tiling experience, with confidence on wet rooms
- Direct experience with tiling, plumbing and carpentry
- Your own tools
- Your own van
- Reliable, tidy and professional in customers' homes
What we offer
- £250 - £350 a day, subject to experience and skill
- Average bonus of up to £1,000 a month when you hit targets, so the more you work, the more you earn

How we hire
We start every fitter with a 2 to 3 day paid trial. It lets us see your quality and work ethic, and decide where in the range you will be paid. Exceptional fitters can earn above the range, with higher bonus potential.
